We will provide your company with services for the planning, implementation, maintenance and support for your web servers and the underlying web infrastructure.
We also offer our hi-availability web service plans to ensure that your websites are always available in the Internet 24X7. Our hi-availabiltiy service includes monitoring, failover, load balancing and security for your web servers.
Easy Domain Registration and Domain Transfer are also available with our W3 services.
We currently support IIS web servers on Windows 2003 and Windows 2008. We will soon include Apache and NginX in our web services.
1. Self Managed Web Servers
This plan is for businesses and organizations who wants to maintain their web servers in their own network. We will provide service for implementation, security and maintenance support for your web servers hosted at your own network. All web servers under this plan are installed and deployed at customer's site.
Optional services for this plan are monitoring and hi-availability services.
Please note that under this plan, all resources including the bandwith usage of you website depends entirely on the available Bandwidth in your network.
2. Self Managed with Hi-availability Service
This web service plan is perfect for businesess who wants to implement their own web servers but requires off shore web servers for hi-availabilty. We shall deploy web servers at customers own network, provide security and back up web servers using any of our virtual or dedicated servers. All web servers comes with hi-availability plans. We shall ensure that the contents of your websites are replicated in real time with the web servers hosted at our data centers.
3. Fully managed Web Server Hosting
This plan is for businessess who needs hi-availabilty websites but do not want to maintain their own web infrastructure . We shall host your web servers in our data centers located accross North America and Europe.
This web hosting service is not the same as the shared web hosting services being offered by other web hosting providers. We do not offer cheap web hosting plans. Our web services are aimed at businesses who's Internet presence are crtical to their day to day operations. Your websites will be hosted in your own dedicated serevrs with its own bandwitdh and hardware resources and not shared with other sites or domains.
What are not included with our web services?
We offer planning, design, implementation, security and maintenance services for your web servers. We do not offer Content Management for your web sites. Below are some of services we do not offer with our W3 services. For any questions about our W3 services please contact us.
1. Web Design and Development -we do not offer web design and development. We only offer services to deploy and maintain the web servers and web infrastructure to host your websites.
2. We do not provide suport for third party web conrol panel software such as cpanel, dotpanel etc.. . You can install any third party application in your web servers but supprt for your applications should be provided by your software vendors.
3. Support for Databases - we can provide support for installing SQL databases, but you should coordinate with your web developer on how to integrate them with your web sites or web applications. We do not provide support for integrating databases with your applications.
4. We do not provide support on how to use and develop websites using third party web content management systems such as Drupal. Joomla, etc.. you can install any third party CMS applications in you web servers but support for these applications should come from your vendors and not SAV25.
5. Regular updating of your websites - we shall ensure that your web servers are always available so you can update your websites anytime. However, we do not provide support on regularly upating of your websites. You should coordinate with your web develeoper on how to update your website regularly.

We will make monitoring of your web servers easier for you, if you don't receive any notification from our PRTG monitoring service, then all your web servers are up and running. With our hi-availability service, we make sure that your websites are protected in real time against any new threats from the Internet. We use the security technology of dotdefender and Profense Armorlogic to protect your websites.

Q. How long does it take to complete a transfer?
A. It takes about 5 - 15 days to transfer a domain.
Q.Will my website/email be affected during the transfer?
A. In most cases no. This is because the name servers for your domain are not changed during the transfer.
Q. Will I lose my domain if the transfer fails?
A. No, your domain will just remain at the original registrar.
Q. I can't get my previous registrar to update my whois email address. Can you still transfer my domain?
A. You must be able to receive mail at your whois email address. We cannot complete your transfer otherwise.
Q.I can't get my transfer auth code from my previous registrar. Can you still transfer my domain?
A. Sorry, we cannot transfer your domain without a valid transfer auth code.
Q. Do I have access to my domain account panel?
A. No. Sorry we only offer Fully Managed Domain registration which means we will manage your domain.
Q. What DNS servers can I use with your Domain registration?
A. Our Domain Registration is exclusively for our Simple DNS* customer and Managed DNS hosting services customers. We will only point to the DNS server of the customer using Simple DNS and to our own DNS servers. We will not point the domain to third party DNS servers.

A. Yes, but we will not issue any refund to the customer for the request transfer.
