The release of Norman Spam Control signifies the formal
entry of the
award winning data security company, Norman
ASA in the field of gateway security in the corporate
environment and the introduction of its new product
family, Norman Gateway Protection suite, enhancing their
already comprehensive security portfolio.
Norman Spam Control is the first of the three products
included on the Norman Gateway protection suite. The
products in the Norman Gateway Protection suite are Norman

for Exchange and SMTP,
Norman
Download Control for Microsoft ISA server and Norman Email
Control for Exchange and SMTP.
The products in the Norman Gateway Protection suite are
Email and Internet security based solutions, focusing on
the Internet gateway level of the corporate network.

Norman Download Control for Microsoft ISA Server is a
content security solution that not only checks all
downloads for viruses, but also enables administrators to
control what type of files enter their network, from where
and for whom. This gives companies total flexibility in
the way they choose to check incoming files.
Norman Email Control for Exchange and SMTP
Norman Email Control is an Email content checking, exploit
detection and anti-virus solution for Exchange and SMTP.
The need to monitor email messages for dangerous,
offensive or confidential content has never been more
evident. Norman Email Control acts as an e-mail firewall
and protects from e-mail viruses, exploits and threats, as
well as email attacks targeted at organizations. Norman
Email Control is available as an SMTP gateway version and
as a Microsoft VS API version. Both versions can be
