Norman ASA has entered into an agreement with Telenor to provide Norman Virus Control to all of Telenor's Frisurf customers. This will protect Telenor's Frisurf customers against the ever-increasing numbers of viruses, worms and other types of malware, which are being sent over the Internet. Norman Virus Control will be included in Telenor's Frisurf subscription.

With the introduction of this service, Telenor is taking a greater degree of responsibility for the content that is being delivered to customers over the Internet. Recent virus attacks have resulted in significant damage to Internet-users all over the world. With Norman Virus Control, Telenor's Frisurf customers will be well protected against threats of this type.

Norman Virus Control includes Norman's SandBox technology, which stops and protects against new, unknown viruses and worms on real-time basis.

Both Telenor and Norman see this cooperation as giving a positive effect for both companies that possess some of the most highly-skilled competence within their respective areas. Both parties have the intention of further developing their cooperation in future.
