FAQ for Sales Associates and Affiliates
- What is the difference between your “Sales Associate “ and “Affiliate” program ?
A.
Our Sales Associates caters to sales professionals who are directly involved in the
selling process of our products while Affiliates simple refer qualified prospects
to us and our Sales Team will handle the sales directly for the affiliates. Our affiliates
are not involved in the selling process but is more of a referral program.
- Are Sales Associates your employees?
A. No, sales associates are not employed by
SAV25 but rather freelance Sales Professionals who are interested in selling our
products and services directly to the customer.
- I am interested to join your Sales Associate program, do I need to have my own business
name?
A. No, you will use our Registered Business name when selling our products and
solutions.
- As sales associate or affiliate, do I need to invest money or buy any of the software
I will resell?
A. No, you do not need to invest any money to buy software or services
for your customers. You only need to invest time and effort in closing the sales
for our products and services
- Are there any difference in the commission of Associates and Affiliates?
A. We give
commission to Sales Associates for every product and services sold to customer. Our
Affiliates on the other hand will only get commission on the first order of the
customer and for the renewal of the products or services included with the first
order.
- Which of the two has higher commission, Affiliates or the Associates.
A. We offer
the same commission rate per product and the difference is described on item 5 above.
- Is it possible for an affiliate to get commission on all recurring orders and renewals
by the customer, and not just on the first order of every customer?
A. This is possible
but will largely depend on the number of successful customers generated by the affiliate.

- Do you impose sales quota ?
No , we do not set sales quota for our partners. You get
commission on every sale you make.
- Do I also get commission on annual renewal of license and/or service maintenance?
A.
Yes. Our program provides recurring commission for our partners as long as customer
renew their license and maintenance with us.
- Do you accept Associates or Affiliates based outside of Metro Manila?
A. Yes. Our
partner program is open for all interested individuals or parties located in the
Philippines.
- Is there an agreement or contract for the partnership?
A. Yes, an agreement should
be signed by the partner and SAV25 and the agreement shall serve as the framework
for the partnership.
- Do your Sales Associate also handle the renewals of license and maintenance or just
the sales for new customers?
A. Our Sales Associate has the option to handle the renewal
directly or SAV25 sales team can handle the renewal. Either way, the sales associate
will get the same commission. We encourage our Associates to focus on getting new
customers and we will handle all the renewals. SAV25 will not deduct any amount
on the commission of the Associate even if we did all the sales work. This is one
huge benefits for our Associates.
- If I do not renew the contract, do I still get commission for the renewals of my
customers?
A. No. Partner should sign the agreement. We need a working contract for
the partnership.
- Where can I get a copy of the agreement /contract?

- How long is the agreement period for your partners?
A. 12 months.
- What are the requirements for the renewal of the agreement for Sales Associates or
Affiliates? Is it based on the amount of sales of every associate or affiliate?

We develop personal relationship with our partners. We discuss the details of the
renewal with every partner We can customize the renewal contract based on what we
can mutually agree as partners. We see this as beneficial for both parties to win
more business.
- Do you offer sales support and training for your partners?
A. Yes, we will provide
you with full sales support to help you close your transactions with customers. We
have a sales training program for our Partners. Please contact us for details.
- I am based outside of Metro Manila, what sales support or training is available ?
A.
We can offer a web based training and phone support . We prefer that we contact you
by your Globe Mobile Number or Smart Mobile number.
- As a Sales Associate, do I need to handle after sales support and the renewals of
products of customers? Do I need to manage customers on a day to day basis?
A. No.
We do not require our Sales Associates or affiliates to manage our customers. SAV25
shall handle all after sales support and you do not need to handle the customers,
we will take care of the customers. We could also handle the renewal of all the products
for the customers and the Associate will get the same commission. Basically Associates
only need to focus on getting new customers and will get commission for all the
renewals of the customers. The only requirement is the associate has a working contract
with SAV25.
