Our on site services include support for product configuration, troubleshooting, installation or reinstallation and software upgrading. Service is available on scheduled basis, on next business day or on same business day depending on the service level agreement of your choice.
Get to the bottom of complex technical issues. We will provide on site assistance to troubleshoot and fix technical issues. Reports includes Data analysis and findings report(s) including recommendations
We will review the current installation, configuration and the planned maintenance of our solutions. Necessary adjustment delivered immediately, recommendations and advanced planning are submitted to maximize use of our solutions. Root out waste and optimize application performance with analysis of all tiers.
Minimize downtime or totally eliminate if possible when migrating from an old hardware to a new hardware , upgrading your solution to a new version, patch applications , application of updates .. Our service will ensure a stable operation of our solutions .
BACKUP AND DISASTER RECOVERY
We can provide on site assistance for scheduled backup of data of our solutions and provide disaster recovery plans.
